All of my products are sent to customers using either DPD delivery, Parcel Force or Royal Mail depending on the size of the package. Due to the fragility of ceramics, I do not post outside of the UK.

Shipping is set at £5 for smaller packages and £8 for bigger packages.

Return and Exchange Policy

I have spent a lot of time finding the best ways in which to post my ceramics and make sure that they are packaged as securely as possible.

In the unlikely event that something does get broken, I will issue a full refund. You just need to send photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as it arrives.

​

If you want to return the product for any other reason, you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to return it safely to me, at your own cost. Please get in contact with me via email for the return address and more information about returning products.

Product Care

 

All the ceramics are handmade on a potter’s wheel and then fired in a kiln. My stoneware is fired to 1250 degrees making it ovenproof, microwave safe and dishwasher safe.
